There are too many to pull, and they're crowding out the perennials in the bed. Thanks!

DON'T pull. If you don't get every last bit, the bits you leave will come back. What I have done, and you're not going to like it, was to put on a rubber glove, then a cotton one. Stuck my hand into Roundup, and applied Roundup to the plants. Takes FOREVER, but no damage was done to anything else.

Round-up or any vegetation killer with glyphosate in it. Apply directly to plant, being careful not to get it on plants you don't want it on -don't use on windy days. clip off the flowering tops and put them in the trash to stop seed propegation.

Really you'll just have to pull. If you work for an hour a day, you'll soon have them under control. Good luck!

spray roundup in a stream pattern. be careful not to get any on the other plants.
