Should I stay at Double Tree or Billmar in Florida?

I am getting married in Clearwater in September. I am from Missouri and have never been to Florida. I am confussed on which hotel to book. I Have it narrowed down to The Double Tree and the Billmar. It has to be handicap accessible and family oriented. Tell me what you think.

I would say Double Tree, I live in the area and the Bilmar is about 25 maybe 30 miles south of Clearwater.
