Do not use flavored gelatine. The flavoring agents, sweeteners, and coloring/dyes could irritate your skin.

Ask your grocer where to find Knox, plain, unflavored gelatin.

I've never heard that gelatine helps w/ dark under eye circles. Vitamin K does help. There are creams made w/ it - check out Sephora or your local chemists.

Check the ingredients, more likely than not, the only reason they say to use unflavored is because of the food coloring used and the dyes, which may cause an allergic reaction, just do a small test on your skin to make sure you aren't allergic and you should be fine. But I would compare the ingredients in the flavored gelatin to that of the non flavored just to be safe. Just Yahoo search the ingredient list for gelatin.
