I can't pick a best. I really like clit stimulation with anal, but vaginal or oral is good too, with a partner or alone, with toys or not, to me it's all good. Different forms give me different types of orgasm though. My husband likes prostate stimulation coupled with oral a lot. It varies from day to day which thing I'm in the mood for, so if I do exactly what I was in the mood for, then it's extremely satisfying, but if we do something that I wasn't in the mood for, even though it made me orgasm, it didn't leave me mentally satisfied.
