I don't see the comparison. At least urinating is a natural normal process that everyone must do; smoking is a personal choice which is harmful to everyone.

pretty much. Ive worked in a restaurant when we had smoking, and I can't tell you how many complaints I got. The places are supposed to have vents and dividers and crap but that doesn't always work.
