What is a good website to find good monologues, preferably dramatic and comedic something I could relate to.

This would be a valid question if you could supply some more information. Nothing vital or important, but since you want something you could relate to, maybe you could tell us what kinds of things you could relate to, so we could recommend some things in those veins.

Considering nobody knows your taste... you just need to read plays. That's what actors do. We read plays. Not looking for a chunk of words, but the whole thing.

i usually use monologue archive. it works pretty well.
