well there is a game that I've heard about, its a basic fighter that you plugin your fav. characters from almost any anime.
Dragon Ballz vs. Bleach, or Naruto sort of thing....there are video clips on youtube. or google.

the illegal part,
you gotta download a emulator....which itself isn't illegal.
depending on what system, psone, snes, gensis: google it.
the hard part is finding the roms (games) you want, so more google it....downloading and playing a game you don't already own, is illegal, but it is legal have a copy(rom) of a game you already own. Most ppl don't follow it, but you play/download at your own risk.
i'm not gonna give any links but i hope this points you in the right direction
warning downloading roms, especially if you're looking for naruto, make sure its in english....wosre feeling, find it finally only to have it in japanese, which can be fun in its own right.
