Ok... my mom is an Appeals Justice for the Workforce Commission here in Texas... so I know what kind of thing you're looking for - but you're right. The Ohio sites are difficult to locate.

Based on my familiarity with what things are available on my own mom's central site - I found two possibilities:

And scroll down to "Unemployment"
