Hi. Cable control can be a problem. I would use wire ties because you can usually get better airflow that way. Ribbon cables can be folded flat, or even twisted to help airflow to your CPU HSF. Sometimes the smaller cables can have the extra length tucked into an open bay or under the motherboard. The extra power cable from the PSU can be stuck to the case, as you suggest, because they are not usually in the air flow path. Lots of tricks. Have fun!

Airflow Is most important rather than looks. I don't recommend sticky substances. Get some plastic cable ties. If you are concerned about appearances, get some round IDE cables. They will also improve airflow. I always install the power cables last so when I have to remove a power supply, it doesn't disturb the IDE's.

Hi I find the best way to increase airflow and dress the cables is to use round eide and floppy cables but this is not an issue with sata drives and any other cables I tidy with small cable ties. hope this helps.

I wouldn't use any kind of "sticker" I just zip tied mine and it worked out really well, they are all out of my way and looks as neat as possible inside my tower.
