Im planing on attending that school. Hopefully next fall if everything works out. I would appreciate your comments upon the school.

You planning on attending that school for undergrad or vet school?
It's one of the best vet schools in the country, but there aren't that many vet schools period so you should be happy going to any one.
For undergrad, it's pretty good. Decent prestige and the counselors actually do a great job counseling in general. And in getting you internships.
However, remember that just because a school has a vet school doesn't mean the undergrad and grad are related. You have to apply separately to get into the vet school. So, your academic record would look better to them if you went to a school like Berkeley instead.

By "vets" I assume you mean veterinarians?
The answer is Yes. There are only 27 Vet schools in the US. All of them are excellent. UC-D is one of the better ones.
