I filed for divorce almost 1 1/2 yrs ago I completed the first 2 steps but not the last 2. My husband and I have reconciled. My question is am I able to close the case or do I have to complete the divorce?

you can close the case, but check with the court first. its possible that they may have already dismissed the case for non-compliance. if they havent, and your case is still open, you can file a Request for Dismissal and your case will be closed. i am providing a link so that you can print out the request. fill it out, make a copy and file it in the court where your case was opened.

I think you're able to just close it. Same thing happened with me but we haven't reconciled I just don't have time to complete it. Anywho, I think you can just go to the court and close your file or something of the nature.

if u have not gone before a judge or a judge signed your papers, u are still legally married.
