Money. Definitely the money... and no it's not because I've never had good sex. One doesn't come across a million dollars every day, but good sex... well. That's everywhere (especially if you have a fabulous partner to whom you're already committed).
I also qualify this answer by saying that not having sex doesn't preclude a fulfilling companionate relationship. There is so much more to a healthy relationship than sex (although that is certainly part of it). Now I'm rambling, but I'd definitely take the money. I have some bills to pay and I'm still waiting for the ideal time to buy a house. I can live without sex.
