i have returned the game twice and all they do is give me a new...can i get my money back?!?!

Just tell them you're pissed and you want your money back. If they say No, then speak to a manager... if he says no... then get ahold of the district manager... Just keep moving up the chain until someone says Yes.

It's the way retail works, man... All of the low level people at any company are all "No" people... they are paid to say No. You have to work your way up to a "Yes" person in order to get what you want.

Yes It Is Legal To Sell Something That Doesn't Work. But I Do Have To Say That It Is Morally Wrong. Maybe Whatever Game You Are Buying Won't Work With The Software You Have. That Means It Could Work For Somebody Else.

ok first try to get ur money back. About your question though, it is legal, but very stupid and inconsiderate. They will probably think you are a creep and hate you... in other words DONT DO IT!!! I would be soooooo mad it it were me.

if they wont give u ur money back, talk to the manager. if something doesnt work that i buy, i'd rather get my money back and get it from some where else.

yes aslong as you dont lie about like saying it works. sell it to someone dumb. thats what i did with my messed up gameboy game.
