E. They all have cells. Every one of the organisms listed have cells. Bacteria are cells themselves called prokaryotes, animals, plants, and fungi are eukaryotes. So every organism listed have cells.

Bacteria do not have cells. A bacteria is a cell. But I think the answer should be E, as all are cellular organisms.
