It depends on what kind of anime you're looking for. YouTube, of course, has everything, and it's free, but there's also Gendou.com. There, you can get anime music too--just not from Inuyasha or Pokemon and various others--along with certain anime episodes. Plus, there's another site called animecrave.com. You can watch almost any anime there, but you have to pay, like, five dollars a month for it.

Baka-updates.com has hundreds of animes available for download. They keep a steady list of their more popular ones. If one you want is not on it use the search engine to see, if they still have it anyway.
