Depends.... each person has their own view of a "dramatic" event.... and often times some overreact and "breakdown"; during those times...
and, Well yes it's quite funny.
Example; Have you ever seen a 4 year old sob uncontrollably because you cut their sandwich in squares instead of rectangles? It's funny, trust me!
But if there is a real situation; perhaps the loss of a spouse and someone breaksdown... that is not funny, it's quite sad...

I dont think it's funny at all. Whoever laughs at ppl having nervous breakdown, in my opinion, is "less human."
