I sent it off Saturday from St. Charles, MO and it is going to Dittmer, MO which is 1 hour and 20 minutes away

Usually one mail day. Since it was mailed on a Saturday it should arrive on Monday.

Depends on what time the postal carrier picked it up. It will probably arrive today (Monday) or tomorrow at the latest.
