I went to ebay to buy a nano and the cheap ones said lokkalike. But also said they play. WHAT does
that mean?

it means it looks like the apple nano but was not made by apple in other words don't buy it you may be sorry!

If it says lookalike, its not an iPod. Its worth it to spend the extra money and get the real deal, if the Nano is what you want.
Alternatively, there are a number of reasonably priced MP3 players out there, such as Creative Labs players, if you just want something inexpensive that plays digital music...
