You really can't heal it. It has to heal itself. If it was violent sex like as is common in a rape, sometimes I think they can treat that area with an antibiotic cream in the hospital, and that might help it heal a bit faster...but I don't think that's normally the case. Vaginal tears are pretty common. The vagina does its own thing most of the time, and it will take care of the tear. Just don't try to heal it yourself (no doucheing or anything, because that will get rid of the discharges that the vagina produces naturally to keep other germs out).

Ooh, ouch!!!!! I hope it was worth it, LOL. OK, what I do if that happens is first of all DO NOT use a lot of soap, because that will make it mad irritated. Just wash it with water (cold water feels better) a few times a day. I would avoid putting any creams or ointments on it, because it will possibly give you an infection. Just wear some loose-fitting pants or a skirt, and cotton undies, until it's all healed up. Oh, and don't have sex again until it's totally healed, or you'll just re-injure yourself and make it worse.

It will heal on it's own. You need to watch for infection and you can soak in a warm PLAIN water bath to help alleviate some of the pain. Don't have sex for a couple of days. But other than that, time will heal it and it will heal rather quickly.

that doesn't sound appropriate. the two you're a wimp or some thing is misguided including your hymen. Or your guy has a small penis and hasn't ripped it to the component to no return.. It shouldn't heal back up thats unusual. you in all possibility ought to have your hymen broken in top. a doctor/gynecologist can cut back your hymen away if it keeps doing this. they're going to snip it away i've got confidence so it wont strengthen back. yet i'm not one hundred% particular in the event that they nevertheless do this. good success

Just take it easy for a few days and dont do any extreme excersising. Excersising can continue the ripping process if it has not healed fully. Vitamin E will help, and is safe. Also, make sure nothing is dry down there.

Time heals all wounds...cliche yes, but in this case it's true. It will heal in it's own time. In the meantime, stay clean, no sex and from now on when having sex, use lube, KY or something like that.

Are you getting enough vitamins, because the vaginal membranes tend to tear if the person has a vitamin C defficiency.

Vaginal tears and injuries heal quicker why i dunno but the best way to help it is just clean it and leave it alone...Sex will have to wait til it's healed.
