I would have said love for many years Tried so hard to love and believe that love conquered all things. But. Since the divorce and all the things that came out into the open. I believe hate is stronger. I don't think I can ever love again. The hate that I have for the things that have been done is over whelming. I never knew I could hate before. Now, I don't think I can ever forget or forgive.

Hate is the stronger of the two. My evidence for this is the world, in all civilised human history there has been war and dispute because of wide spread hatred between nations. If love was the stronger of the two, then I believe the world would have broke out with more alliances and countries with un-grudging friendships with one another.

I think that the hatred has gotten weaker since medieval times, but it still dominates the plant.. i.e. terrorism, and small cultural differences that spring up between cultures that are allied. Prime example: the French and English are always biased toward one another.

It is in the basic instinct of humans to attack one another, so hatred will always win. Like if you go to Africa and meet a tribe who have never seen white people before, they will likely attack you.

Love is always stronger that hate because the best things come out of the heart. Hate should not even be compared to love it is only the opposite. Try not to let hate destroy you, most of the time -we think we hate for alot of reasons -that only deal with- our innerselves. Tip: Never let anyone or any situation comsume you so much that you hate.
It's beautiful in the light. Don't do the darkness.

Love is hope, because once you have it then it's
not gone if life is not what you seem, it's still there
and makes you better at dealing with the downs of
life, however Hate is always there and it prevents
one from seeing what could be., therefore putting
a stop on one's life. So looking at it from this stand
point hate is stronger but it gets you no-where in
life.

I think they are perfectly equal. I was told once by a school counselor that you have to love someone first to truly hate them. I used to think this was true, but after living with my mother and her husband, I realized that this is not always true. I truly hate him with a passion. I would sit up at night and bawl my eyes praying to God that I would wake up in the morning and that it would all go away, that all of this was just a nightmare. I would also try to think of ways to kill him without getting caught, I hate him more than anyone can know, but the more time I spent away from him, like after moving out, the less I thought about him and the less I hated him. I think I'm going to say that they are equal though, despite my hate for that man.

I think love is stronger then hate...for me, anyway. I can hate a person but it doesn't haunt me, whereas love does. Hate fades over time whereas love takes years before I start to forget. They are very closely related but I think love is the more powerful force.

When love grows stronger that's healthy but when hate grows stronger that's not healthy as it can turn a person into a very bitter person. Hate is wasted energy, love is not.

Love is an empowering emotion, hate is destructive. Both are strong, but only one is beneficial. Truly strong people seem to have a greater ability to let go of anger and hate. Anger and hate will keep you locked in the past, so prevent you from enjoying the present.

I would say Hate as people dont seem to let go of it, where as love is some thing we all do and fall in and out of love when love hurts us. Love can turn into hate in the wrong hands.

Hate is a totally wasted emotion. Hate only serves to break the hater down. It has no meaning for the person the hatred is directed towards because they don't care but it does give that person control over the one who hates them because the hater is focusing all that energy on hating someone who is meaningless. I don't give anyone I don't want in my life that much power over me. I hate no one.
