Nope, no chance at all. Totally different species and totally different breeding styles.

Parrot itself is a high breed fish, and within itself its very difficult to further re-breed parrots. Apart from that Gourami is a completely different fish species and genetic, so its like you are trying to breed a deer with a bison !!

Probably impossible, except for divine intervention !!

Yes. It's called cross breeding and you might have a new species of fish so that can make you $ rich $ for a new breed of fish.

Those are both territorial fish and you are very likely mistaking territorial behaviour for breeding behaviour.
