My best advice to you would be to start taking your basal body temp and charting your cycles. If you want to learn all about this go to www.fertilityfriend.com. You can sign up for lessons that come to your email every day for 21 lessons I think and you take a test. It really helps you understand charting. It is really interesting to learn about your body and how all the differnt hormones change your body temps and what hormaone does what and which release which hormone. One person said here that once you see your spike that you are ovualting then. Actually, once you see a spike in temp you already ovualted. It is the day before the spike that you ovulate. Also if you check the cervical mucus and cervial position, that can also tell you when you are fertile. You can learn all about that at fertiltyfriend too. Get an ovulation test kit as well and this will help you determine when you might ovulate as well. it measures the surge of the LH hormone in your body prior to ovulation. If you get a positive test, you should ovulate in 6-36 hours. So that means, do it like bunnies for at least 3 days in a row! LOL You should hit you O day then. Good luck and baby dust to you!!!

Get a basal body thermometer. Take your temperature first thing in the morning before you even get out of bed. Do this for a few months until a clear pattern emerges. Then, when you notice a spike in your temperature, have sex (that means you are ovulating. But only have sex once a day or once every other day. Having sex more than once a day actually decreases your chances of getting pregnant)

Good luck!

14 days before your next period begins. Hopefully your cycle is regular, as it makes it easier to figure out. As for how often, my wife went every day for 11 days straight. it may not have been great sex every time, but it worked. Besides, the more sex, the more likely you will do it at the right time. Good luck.

You have to be ovulating. Which is usually about 2 weeks before your next period. At that time I would suggest an every other day sex - a - thon. Will give the guy's sperm count a boost if you don't do it every day. Good luck!!
