Well, bein from New Yawk an' all.......
Using your example......

A) We usually say, "Get the PUCK outta here!!", with the emphasis on the F word itself.

B) As an adjective though?
Usually, its, "Get a load of this PUCKIN guy".
so i always say "-in" with no G.

I try not to say it at all. It is really a stupid acronym.

It means "Fornication Under Consent of the King." Nothing more to it than that.
