All the above options are great. If you've ruled out labor, call adn make an appointment to get a prenatal massage. It's a little pricey (about $75 w/tip) but sooooo worth it! We deserve a treat once in a while!

Try a physio ball. I used mine the last three months of pregnancy. I would sit and bounce on it all the time, I used it in place of a chair at work and at the dinner table. I sat on it to watch TV also. It's the only thing that worked for me. Good luck!

Wow, is your due date April 11??? Mine is!! I've had some lower back pain, but actually mostly in my ribs at the back and I'm guessing that it is the weight of my belly pulling on my middle back. I find that it is worse towards the end of the day and is best first thing in the morning. Message me if you wish. Sorry I couldn't be of much help!

I would try going to the chiropractor. Chiropractic care is a good alternative to over-the-counter and prescription drugs for back pain. Since a chiropractor manipulates the spine to ease back pain, there is no medication involved, making it a safe and more natural form of relief.
Other benefits
Chiropractic care during pregnancy can not only help you stay more comfortable, but can also help to facilitate your child’s birth.

Take a hot shower, not bath. And then sitting on the couch, exent your legs out, to where both heels or dug into the floor, place your hands behind you for stability and lean back a bit to stretch your lower back......this is what I do everyday (39 weeks and counting)

You might want to call your doc. Some women have back labor pains. I did and thought it was just a back ache but turned out to be labor pains. Good luck!
