Yahoo just released some scenes from the episode....
**SPOILER**
One of the scenes shows what happens after that clip you linked to. (Which has since been taken down I think!) Jim doesn't get beat up, Dwight attacks Roy with pepper spray.
UGH! I was really hoping this was going to be the catalyst to get Pam and Jim talking about their stuff again. Ah well. They'll probably put it off until the season finale. Am I a little excited? Yes would be an understatment.

I kinda hope he does cause then Pam for sure won't be with Roy anymore. I want Pam and Jim to get together.

I hope not! He should realize that kicking the crap out of Jim will not make Pam want him more, and if he's serious about being back together with her, he should just cool off and work things out with her - not take them out on some other guy.

Oh I hope not. I don't like that they made Roy act that way. Sure he can be a jerk, but he's not the fighting type. I doubt they will fight. It will be interesting to see. I can't wait!
