Yes. It can become so tight that you feel nauseated. It's uncomfortable. But if there's no pain along with those contractions, consider them "practice"... braxton hicks.

yes - it's almost like a huge rubber band has been placed around your belly and it lasts for less than a minute each time.
having them?
braxton hicks (the practice contractions) also feel like that.

yes, under braxton hicks it will too. Real contractions they will be VERY tight and along with very bad pains that progress at time passes.

yes then it should loosen up. I keep feeling my dogs stomache as we are expecting puppies today. Puppies keep moving but no contractions.
