DO NOT TURN IT OFF. instead go into your firewall and look for the exceptions list and ckeck the program or service you want to work while the firewall is on.

but you would know this if you hadn't ignored the help files that came with your firewall.

you have to fix your firewall settings so it won't block or stop your cam from broadcasting/working !
