your commute to your old job location is over 100 miles, which is unreasonably long and not economically viable because of the price of gas and bridge tolls. Would you qualify for unemployment insurance, since you have to actually quit because of the move?

Um, I don't think so...

You are CHOOSING to get married, you haven't been fired.
Therefore, it's your responsibility to find a new job in your new location.

You will not qualify for unemployment, we went through something like that with my husband. The rules state if u voluntarily left the position you will not qualify for it. The only way to is if you are laid off or in certain circumstances fired.

I doubt it, but you can ask. If you choose to leave your job for personal reasons not related to your employment (harassment for example), then you're probably not going to qualify.
