I think it would be because their would be less arguing and less stress in a relationship if the woman is docile and submissive to the man in her relationship. Due to the feminist idealogy that is prevalent and today's culture, some women need something to get them to come back to their senses.

Women would be more docile and submissive if they knew their "man" was manly enough to be a sole provider - then women would not have the stress of a full-time job at home AND at work.

Hey man. You must have had some awful encounters with women. (Either that or females are ingesting more testosterone these days!) Funny joke aside, this would be a bad idea. Can you really imagine a female that did whatever you said? You might as well date a robot! I could not bear having to tell a grown woman when to do things I would expect her to manage on her own. (Clean up, make breakfast, do your hair, get dressed, uhhhhh!) It would be like having a child in the house. If you still want to find a woman that is slightly less submissive than usual, try dating a girl from an eastern country. I read a book on Japanese courtships and marriage responsibilities, and you might find it interesting.

What an absolutely stupid idea.

"There will be in the next generation or so a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude and producing dictatorship without tears so to speak. Producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda, or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution." - Aldous Huxley, Tavistock Group, California Medical School

They did it in the 50's and what do you think started the anti depressant scene? Keeping women down after they had been working during WW2. From a few medications for depression we have "progressed" to designer drugs for every phobia, real or imagined, on the planet.

Women and men do NOT need drugs to behave better. They need to relearn MANNERS, RESPECT, FEMININITY and MASCULINITY.

Let us reestablish the family unit. Have a mother home to teach the children respect and do a little role modelling along the way. Let the husband support the home and fulfill his role as head of the family.

Remind our kids of the value of cooperation in a marriage not competition. Unless of course it is competition over the backgammon board or something fun! There should be no need for drugs. Just kick playboyism and feminism to the curb.

Funny NO ONE discusses playboyism ... it is always just the feminists. We were ALL SUCKERED at the same time by the same people.

Marriage is sharing not suppression. Your suggestion reeks of sexual slavery my dear. If you are so concerned about things, please find yourself a good woman and start setting an example by raising an old fashioned family according to good old fashioned values.

If you choose a mate about 5 years your junior you should be fine. If you are strong but not a bully or outrageous, you should be fine. btw.. men need something to bring them back to their senses too!

Take a look at the above and see if you don't learn a few ideas that sure beat meds! Forcefully keeping a woman .. any human being .. drugged ... is not a solution. It is slavery and that ain't no good. If you want change, start at the bottom.

Hi again, Sandstorm!
Well, rather than some prescription drugs, lets try a less invasive technique.
It starts with teaching little ones, raising them up to understand God's perspective of how the male and female relate, respond and nourish the other in building relationships.
That they are help-mates, not prideful, but with a servant's heart. Giving without expecting reward, listening, building up, assisting, comforting, loving, and all without putting themselves first.

And the term "submissive" is almost archaic by today's definition. It needs to be re-defined into modern definition what was originally meant behind the word when used in the Bible. And it does not mean to submit as a pet or slave. It means to willingly with love do for the other person without pride or self-service. And the man is expected to love the wife more than himself, put her first and to love her even if she fails him, as Christ loves the Church (who often fails Him).
And the woman responds to how her man treats her. And if he treats her well, she will respond positively in love toward him and the love goes full-circle.

The feminist idealogy has become extreem, and is still needed to spark when abuse truly takes place toward women (such as in 3rd world countries when addressing their humanity), but in America, women struggle to a lesser degree, primarily in the area of economics, but few other areas. The feminist idealogy has done more harm than good when it comes to marriage, in that, they press women's empowerment to such a point that it serves more as a wedge than as a binder between spouses. And that is not good.

No. No drugs, no radical actions are needed, Sandstorm. So long as there are those who follow the secular agenda rather than follow the 'natural' order of things with how the male and female roles should compliment - not oppose - each other, these problems will continue, communications between the sexes will be strained and misunderstood.

Yes! Just like it's the dandyist idea to tie your testies with a rope and hang you from the top of a tree. Just as smart as giving you as a present to a 6 foot 5 350pound black guy in prision named bubba. You'd make a perfect sally.

Sedate me all you want! Just make sure that the husbands take an IQ test before you give their wives drugs. We don't want a bunch of poor, helpless women left in the care of a bunch of dummies.

No, I do not think so, because if a rapist decides to use that drug to make their victims more docile and submissive, then, they would decide to rape more often, and pretty soon a lot of men would do the same.

Better off, and less side effects, to simply have the man neutered. Less testosterone = less aggressive tendencies; therefore, less need for women to become...feisty...when putting the man in his place. Otherwise, Xanax or other drugs that, given to the MAN, and induce him to quit acting like a jerk, do wonders for a woman's mood.

Well, well, well. Mr. Sandstorm you seem to be very opinionated with the well being of women as only useful if submissive, so does that mean I have to be stupid, too?
Enlighten me with your intelligence!!! LOL!

Arsenic does well, my wife has been submissive for years. She does act a bit lothargic though, seems I have to drag her everywhere "but" at least she's not overweight.
