speaking from experience i would say no to the abroad package holiday, our first familyy holiday was in a caravan with the kids, my two from a previous marriage and our 9 month old son we went on a caravan holiday in wales we spent a lot of time on the beach, and went out for the night life, the little one slept peacefully whilst the other two had a ball, it was all about "us" time and we really enjoyed it, abroad is great but its the heat, the mozzies, the haul.....just go somewhere nice and enjoy the relaxation, baby will love dipping toes in the see and running fingers (and usually mouth too) in the sand. but where ever you go ............have a fab time

If you go abroad make sure your baby is well covered in sunblock you can get factor 50 also well covered and has plenty to drink as it can be very hot abroad in June my daughter is going to Alcudia in May her baby is only 8 month so has stocked up on all the above she has also bought her one of those suits that filter the sun out they look like a wet suit. Alcudia is lovely and family orientated
