If you are in London then the best place to go is a shop on carnaby st. I can't remember the name right now but it is a fantastic trainer shop, they'll have everything you're looking for. But, you may well not be in london, which is why you're asking. So in that case I'd suggest you go onto the website of each brand and find their stockists. They'll be availble all over world probably. Oh and theres always that famous auction website!

i see you are in London, coz i get that paper as well as i come out of the tube, have you tried the shoe shop called shoefair or most catalogues,

If you look very carefully .............next to each pr of trainers is the name of the shop!!
