this question is unfortunately ambiguous. When making a question up, you should really put yourself in the shoes of the reader (answerer) because you'll see that this question leaves a lot to be desired.
As for the very vague question...yes, an accident can cause a loss of speech. Which losses, which accidents, etc. would require a more thoughtful question.

yes, from either a cerebral accident like a stroke or a physical accident like a car crash that damages the part of the brain that controls speech.

I am confused. Do you mean cause you not to speak as a result of damage to the vocal cords or something, or cause you not to speak as a result of post traumatic stress disorder?

yes - damage to the nerves/vocal cords directly in the throat, damage to the nerves/muscles in the tongue, damage to the right part of motor control in the brain, damage to the speech centers in the brain could all result in an inability to speak either at all or coherently.

yes due to where the injurys where it could defenatly effect the vocal cords and lead tho breathing problems
