Will it get you a better job? Will it let you go up the ranks faster?

Having a degree in Finance will help you get a job. Being able to program in a highler level language like C++ will get you a job. Having both skills will only make you more marketable.

When you get your MBA -- go to the best school that you can get into.

C++ is a computer programming language and it takes years of study and practice to be proficient in it to have it do anything for you on your resume.

Assuming you are going into computer programming then yes, it will do some good but for most degrees in business, this course will not be transferable nor part of your degree program.

It will let you understand fields you may encounter in the future. C++ is beneficial, and learning a common language is definately a good idea.

I fully suggest you do so. I'm sure it will be advantegeous in the future.
