Because we are judged not by what we say and do but more so by how our behavior is evaluated and seen by others, we spend more time justifying, rationalizing, lying to others and decieving ourselves than we do in changing our behavior.

Because it is a lot easier to blame someone else than to take blame and feel like a jerk.

Tons of people do it.. the chronic victims of society. Nothing is ever their fault. If they are cheaters, some pushed them into being a cheater... if they are liars, its someone Else's fault they lied because they "felt" they could not tell the truth.

To me that is just lack of a backbone.. the truest people are the ones who make mistakes, admit them and learn from them. You cannot learn from a mistake if you don't see your part in it...

They are weak...

That sounds like a terrible undertaking. in the journey that your question is unquestionably "why", nevertheless, you in all possibility already know the respond. it rather is too previous with the aid of repair what they did and that they are terrified of having fired or sued. people often have a bent in the direction of CYA. instructors not greater or below every physique else. i can understand your extreme frustration. especially i detect issues get finished greater effectual while people are not being shielding, so i attempt to concentration on the thank you to dodge an identical undertaking sooner or later fairly than getting somebody to admit they made a mistake in the previous. If my son have been hospitalized i might take a seat with the administration and ask them how they have been going to dodge yet another hospitalization. i might insist that he the two be allowed to hold his very own inhaler or Epipen (or yet it replaced into he needed) or that the college grant me in writing with the plan they might persist with to substantiate he constantly have been given medicine while needed. If I wasn't happy, i might get my pediatrician in contact, and if that did not help, i might bypass to the college superintendant or college board. this could be a protection situation and probably an argument that should impression a great number of little ones. yet instead of attempting to get the people in contact in undertaking, concentration on what's going to ensue to guard childrens next time around. desire your son is nice.

Society says someone is responsible and everyone wants to know WHO it is......we need someone to point a finger at and BLAME! Not many people want to take responsibility for their actions and would rather blame others when the spot light is on them.

I try to look at it from a different angle. For me it is not so much WHO is to blame as it is WHAT can be done now? I would rather know who is going to step up and take action to try and resolve the issues, rectify the problem, suffer consequences, etc.

That is how I have taught my own children to be accountable for their actions.

Because it's easier to feed others your crap then to eat it yourself. Admitting mistakes is admitting you're wrong or you failed at something. It take a big person to do that... and not a whole lot of people are big people when it comes to playing grown-up games.

There are alot of reasons, some think they are right all the time especially if no one challenges them. Some think they can do it and get away with it. Some can't handle the truth.
