Your penis can grow until your about 25, depending on your genetics. I had a growth spurt when I was 22, penis grew in length and girth, and I grew 1.5 inches taller in about a year. but I was a late bloomer

Usually the genitals stop growing at age 18, but people grow at different rates. There is no set time table for growth. You may continue to grow, or you may have reached the end of your lengthening. It could also depend on what age you started. If you started really late, then you will probably continue to grow for a while longer. I once had a teacher who grew a foot taller a his 3rd year of college, so who knows how much he grew elsewhere, lol.
