You could get some cories or gouramis. Just don't get anything with long flowing fins as angel fish can be nippers.

Also watch out, your Chinese Algae Eater can get quite aggressive.

I have 2 angels and a Chinese Algae Eater in my 30 gallon. I also have a pleco and a Kuhli Loach and a few tetras. The only thing thats a problem is I have a Roseline Shark that the CAE likes to chase, but when I watch them it seems like the shark keeps bugging him and enjoys the chase so who knows.

The first thing you must mention is the size of your tank, otherwise any recommendations are pretty much useless.

Most bottom dwellers will work with them, as well as many schooling fish (tetra, rasbora, etc) that are bigger then a neon and NOT a typical fin-nipper. I would not recommend gourami's because they are territorial like the angels, unless you have a big tank.

All I know is that angelfish should not be housed with highly aggressive tank mates or fin nippers. They can share their aquarium with community gouramis, discus and other non-aggressive cichlids. Chinese algae eaters can be placed with other tropical community fish when they are young but you will have to move the algae eater to a semi-aggressive tank like you have right now.
