It makes no notable difference. It smells the same, looks the same, and from what I am told, tastes the same. There is no scar. The fact that I had a vasectomy is completely undetectable.

The surgery was a piece of cake.

My libido increased because the burden of a potential pregnancy was removed.

I got mine at age 21. That was 20 years ago. If there are any side-effects, I would have experienced them by now. I know many other men that had them, and none of them have ever complained. I’d say that is pretty good when you consider much of the technique has been improved since I got mine.
