Well it's a late afternoon wedding and a church setting, so I would avoid overly revealing/sexy clothing and anything too short (basically no clubwear). Also with the reception following at the Hilton (a notoriously upscale hotel) you want something a tad more refined. I understand how hard dressing a larger chest can be hard, so possibly a semi-formal separate set. Halters give added support to top heavy women, minimizing the appearance and drawing the eye upward to the face. I think a great tea length (mid-calf) would be perfect for the occasion. Also a wrap or a shrug would cover up any skin you feel that is showing to inappropriately. Here are some example, but by no means would you have to purchase these exact dresses:

(a nice wrap in a complimentary or matching color)

(the bolero also in any color to compliment the dress)
I hope this helps, try not to stress, I am sure you will find just the right look. Have fun at the wedding, congratulations to the happy couple.

Being 40, I have been to over 35 weddings and have seen it all. You did not say what attire the wedding invite said, but 4pm is usually a little dressier. My suggestion is that since this is your boss's daughter you try a shift dress with a wrap or matching jacket over it. Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft is a great place to start. That way, you can be more covered at the church and then at the reception you can take off the jacket or wrap if you want (or not). Gives you some options. Use jewelry to make it dressier. Unless the invitation says "black tie" you do not need to wear a long dress. Don't go too short.

According to protocol, wear a short dress. The bridesmaids wear the long dresses or people will think that you are part of the wedding party. You could get by with a 3/4 length tea dress. Updo with the hair, nice jewelry, dressy shoes to match dress, you will look great. A dress with the criss cross ties in the back will work best to form around every curve.

I would wear a dressy short dress. Something conservative since it is for your boss's daughter. UNLESS the invitation says formal, then wear a long dress. Sounds like you have a great figure so you will look good in anything.

Go to Beall's or any good department store in Florida. Buy a short to the knee chiffon dress in a lovely soft print maybe with spaghetti straps. Something soft and flowy. They have beautiful dresses this time of the year. Good Luck.

i think of that's particularly distinctly. purely for the reason that is marketed as a promenade/pagent dress does not mean that's the only time it would desire to be worn. I wore an prolonged white dress of the rack and so did 2 of my sisters. We stored a number of funds what grew to become into extra advantageous spent on different issues.
