I need some new bands or songs to listen too.

Please suggest some, but please no rap. I hate that crap.

I like bands like Fall Out Boy and The All-American Rejetcs, so bands that are simliar to them I'll probably like.

Too bad you don't like rap.
Well, if you're more into acoustic, lo-fi stuff, I've been listening to these guys a lot lately:
Owen
The One AM Radio
Rocky Volotalo
American Football
The Decemberists
Mates of State
Gorky's Zygotic Mynci
The Hush Sound
Red House Painters

Rock:
Samiam
Saves the Day (kinda emoish)
Saosin
Pretty Girls Make Graves
Paramore

Metal:
Mastodon
Pig Destroyer (grind, fast heavy and brutal)
Anal C*nt (see above)
Agoraphobic Nosebleed (see above)
Daughters
Horse the Band (experimental and melodic)
War of Ages
The Locust (fast and insane)
Devildriver (think White Zombie, but harder)
God Forbid
Dimmu Borgir (death/black metal)

Trippy stuff:
Imogen Heap
Frou Frou

Hardcore:
Chiodos (melodic)
Evergreen Terrace
Fear Before the March of Flames (hard to categorize)
Shotmaker
Walls of Jericho
Union of Uranus
Honeywell (pure screamo)
Alexisonfire (melodic)
Comeback Kid (straight up hardcore, very punk)
Vision of Disorder
Blindside (melodic)
The Agony Scene

Punk
The Dwarves (funny)
Dag Nasty
Bouncing Souls (melodic)

Hope that's enough.
