Birth defects are more common among children of close blood relatives. The situation you describe is incest which is illegal in all 50 states and would prohibit you from getting a marriage license, although a select few states allow marriage between first cousins.

If you are that deperate..... and youlived a couple thousand years ago or in some place where people end up related to everyone anyway because it's a small community on a desert island then sure. I don't care. Just know that society will come at you with a pitchfork and eat you alive....
