I always find my legs and thighs are absolutly covered in bruises. I do play hockey,, but half the time I don't get hit on my outside thighs or pinched and I don't walk into things that often...so why are my thighs always so bruised?

If someones working out and really tiring their thigh muscles, can that cause bruising? If so, how can I get rid of it without not exercising?

I used to bruise really easily too. My doctor told me that I might be vitamin K deficient...it helps prevent bruising. Cauliflower is high in vit K along with broccoli and other veggies. After about qa month of getting a lot more vit K in my diet, I didnt get bruised for every little thing, so give it a try.

It's natural for some to bruise easier that other. I am one of them, the wind blows wrong and I will have a bruise on my arm, leg, stomach, butt etc the size of MT. Everest. While it's aggravating to have to say to people "NO, I am not being abused, I just bruise easy." There is little to do about it. Your skin is more sensitive than others.

Go to your doctor, you could have some sort of cancer I read about. Don't be worried, it could be nothing, just be sure to go to the doctor.
