celebrities should be allowed to beat the crap out of people who take their pics without permission? (this includes the paparazzi)

I think that there should be better rules in regards to the paparazzi. Celebs are people too and should be able to livev their lives in private. Like maybe the paparazzi should have to fill out forms and get permission to take the pic?

No, but some other form of action should be taken.
As for the Celebrities that follows hand and hand.
After all picture taking, fans and being stock is bound to happen with their life style by ones choice.
(that doesn't make it right but on other hand they do have the same rights as us everyday person has.
Which is called," The law!" Try using it, before acting out of character!
