Changing a mp3 file to wav extension?

I'm tryiing to add music to a power point presentation and was told the music has to be a wav file. How do I convert it from a mp3 to wav? Then how do I add it to my power point presentation.

Open mp3 in Audacity and export as wav file.

to change the file use nero recode, or go to downloads.com and download "switch". its freeware!
