Eat all natural yogurt everyday at least once. Twice if possible. Cut down on your sugar intake, yeast feeds on sugar. Too much yeast can eventually cause you problems starting with being tired all of the time.

Something has had to happen for the doctor to tell you, you have to much yeast. Either you have complained about your vaginal area itching, odor or during the examination he noticed a discharge ect......

Some people just naturally harbor the potential for yeast. Is it harmful, NO is it uncomfortable, it can be. If you can add more information and I will try to elaborate more on mine, if that would help....
