Good question. Some will say the Women's Right's Movement of the 70's was a bigger factor.

Everything about family life changed then. Some good , some bad .

So to answer your question that could be a part of the legacy the baby boomers will leave behind.

The reason the baby boomers have more divorce is simple.There more baby boomers than any other age group....DUH.You need to know the truth, the other generations had just as much conflicts in their marriages as the boomers.There were fewer so the numbers are lower.Do the math and you will see...Plus the older generation died off younger,less time invested...
