Can anyone describe the American culture?

hmm... thats a hard one, so many Americans are different because we come from so many different backgrounds, on my behalf, i think we are positive fun loving people, many of us are economically successful and take it for granted unfortunately, we have a great country where food and water is available on practically any corner, we enjoy movies because lets face it we make some awesome movies, we like different cultures because for many of us we are made up of so many backgrounds, me for instance, my heritage is scottish, german, puerto rican, french , spanish, dutch, irish, swiss and english, but i'm 100% American, many of us don't get to travel much because our country is so secluded and it takes a long time to travel to other countries and expensive to fly to many of them, i was taught to work for my money and not to depend on other people including the government to take care of me, i was raised by a NYC firefighter and a stay at home mom of 4, many of us are proud of our country and pretty much all of us that haven't immigrated here in the last 20 years have relatives who have fought in WW2 and since we are so young of a country we know our ancestors came here to be free and have fought for our freedom and that is something we appreciate and will do anything to keep, we don't all eat fast food all the time like the stereotypes say, growing up my family hardly ever ate out, my mom or dad cooked every night, it was a treat if we went out, all of us are different, so that is a pretty hard question
