power of attorney will take too long, she cant change her address without being there in person and wants me to get her money out (i'm her mother), is there a quick solution out there

She can wire transfer the money in her account to your account for a fee. But that is most likely the only way to have it moved. Good luck.

hi i dont know much about prison facilities, but if they have internet access there and your daughter has internet banking she can do a bank transfer to your account or someone elses who you both trust, usually if you have the same bank account the money gets transfered the same day other wise u have to wait 4 days but im guessing its a bit quicker than using legal rep. if not theres also telephone banking to. and if that still fails then she can write a letter to either give u permission or have the money transfered. she would have to state her position tho as to why she cant come and get the money herself. do u not have her bank card (an obvious question i know), if so this would be alot easier. hope you sort the problem out soon. gud louck

My mother gets money out of my bank all the time for me. All you need is for her to write a check to you for the money. If she doesnt have a checking account or no checks then she can call the bank and explain what is going on and have her tell them that she wants you to take her money out of the bank for her. They should do it.

she can write u a letter saying she can't get the money herself, saying ur full name n address n relationship 2 her, all u have 2 take along is proof of ID n address. she must sign it.
all else fails? get them to send out a new PIN number n card...n bobs ur uncle (really is in my case!) u can get her money out as n when she needs it.
one thing worries me tho. u seem a lil agitated, is ur daughter in some kind of trouble? she can ask 2 b moved to a diffo prison if there is or just cells moved if that wuld solve the problem

I work at a bank, have her contact the bank and do a transfer of funds into your account.

she just needs to ring the bank, im sure they will let her, set up a money transfer over the phone to your account then bobs your mums brother

Could she write you a cheque either to cash or to you, and you give her the money?
Might be a stupid question, but if she is in prison, what does she need money for?
