It is a rather typical pseudo-astrologer trying to blind you with astrological-sounding nonsense.
To get a proper reading an astrologer must work to a natal chart, drawn up for an exact time, date and place of birth. Anything else is absolute tripe.
It is telling you that the Moon astrologically is in the sign Cancer, and Neptune is making a very minor aspect to the Sun. Without relating these two positions to your personal chart, no astrologer could tell you anything meaningful.
