My cousin wants to find an anime with "hot" anime girls. - -;; And for that matter, I want to find one with "hot" anime guys... so, any recommendations would be appreciated. - -;;

Well, hot honestly is a matter of opinion. For me, hot guys means long, slim limbs, long hair, noble by birth or additude, and good with a sword.
If that's your definition of "hot" and your cousin likes girls who look younger, the right, or older than their age (Or women who are well-endowed, and talk about it in a bath scene to prove it)
Then Most clamp is for you (Although I was speaking specifically about Magic Knight Rayearth)
It's childish, but since you gave no other suggestions, meh.
