Well that depends on the car, on some cars 30 lbs is ok but on others 50 would be considered low on others cars.
In most cases 30-50 cold is good oil pressure is good.

Normal is 10 pounds for every 1,000 rpm....
Normal for your engine is unexplainable... as you never listed make... model, and size engine.
